Beer Soup

things you need:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 TBS sugar
  • 250 ml double cream
  • 2 pints Blonde beer
    4 cloves
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 250 gram Quark (or other firm white cheese)

Here’s how:

  1. Blend egg yolks with sugar until mix is white. While blending pour slowly the cream
  2. Put the pot with the egg mix on a small fire and slowly pour the bear while stirring continuously
  3. Add cinnamon and cloves and continue to heat up until soup starts to thicken
  4. Dice the cheese in small pieces
  5. Add a few dice of cheese to each portion of soup
